Refund and Returns Policy

1.   Our refund and return policy lasts for 7 days, and for bulk customers, it lasts for 30 days. Please apply for a refund or return within the specified time. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide you with a full refund or exchange.
2.   The condition for returning is that your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in its original packaging.
3.   Other non returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care products.
4.   In some cases, only partial refunds are given:
Products with clear usage marks that have been opened, any items that are not in their original state, damaged or lost parts due to reasons other than our fault. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

5.   After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a message or email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
6.   If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or lost refund

7.   If you have not received the refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, the refund may take some time to be officially announced. Next, please contact your bank. Before issuing a refund, it usually takes some processing time. If you have completed all these operations but have not received a refund, please contact us.

Selling goods

8.   Only products purchased at normal prices can apply for a refund. The accompanying gift items are non refundable and cannot be converted into currency.

9.   We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email and send your product to the address we have provided.

Delivery, return, and exchange

10.   Online shopping mall customers should check and confirm whether there are any quality issues with the goods within 24 hours of receiving them. If there are any quality issues, please take photos or videos to record them as the basis for applying for a refund or return, and complete the application within 7 days. Batch order customers shall inspect and confirm if there are any quality issues with the goods within 5 working days of receiving them, and complete the application within 30 days.
11.   Except for refunds and returns due to quality issues, if the buyer does not like or there is a color difference, your refund will deduct the shipping fee and the buyer will pay for the refund shipping fee.
12.   If you want to return a more expensive item, you can consider using traceable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the product you return.
