Love this pillow. I bought this one for a friend. Once you blow it up, it looks just like the picture. This one has a double-valve system, which makes it much easier to fill or empty so you get the right level for you. The first valve let’s you blow air in and none of it comes back out. Good purchase and great price.

This one has the better valve stem. You can blow into it and nothing comes back out. Comes squished in a bag but easy to blow up and use or deflate and store. I love these for putting your feet at the right elevation to drain. My pillows were cheaper but didn’t get me at the sweet spot this version does. I highly recommend this pillow for any leg or foot relief you need.
